    เซิร์ฟเวอร์สามารถเข้าถึงได้ตามปกติ และระบบต่างๆกำลังค่อย Recovery กลับมาตามปกติ

    โดยทีมงานขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า ระหว่างที่ทางผู้ให้บริการแก้ไขปัญหา จะทำให้มีปัญหาในเรื่องของการเชื่อมต่อไม่เสถียรเป็นช่วงๆ จึงแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้ามา ณ ที่นี้

    ทางทีมงานได้รับอีเมลจากทางผู้ให้บริการที่ส่งไปหาทาง Datacenter ซึ่งอยู่ในระหว่างการตรวจสอบ BGP ในการเชื่อมต่อระหว่าง IP บางชุด

    ในทางตรงกันข้าม, ทาง Friends Project มีชุด IP เป็นของตัวเอง ซึ่งมี Service ในการให้บริการผู้เล่นเป็นหลัก โดย IP กลุ่มนั้นจะต้องรอการประกาศออกไปใหม่อีกรอบ ถึงจะสามารถใช้งานได้

    ทีมงานจะทำการติดตามสถานะผ่านอีเมลอย่างใกล้ชิด ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวก

    📣 Maintenance Network

    เรียน ผู้ใช้บริการทุกท่าน

    ทางเรามีความจำเป็นจะต้องดำเนินการ Upgrade อุปกรณ์เกี่ยวกับ Network ใหม่โดยทางเราได้เตรียมการผ่านมาโดยตลอดทั้งปีนี้ ซึ่งทางเรายังเหลือเพียงการสลับเส้นทาง Fiber ไปยังอุปกรณ์ใหม่ (Core Network) ซึ่งจะทำให้อินเตอร์เน็ตทั้งหมดของบริษัท ซีเอสเอ็นอี จำกัด จะใช้งานไม่ได้ประมาณ 10-30 นาที

    โดยระยะเวลาดำเนินการคือวันที่ 7 ก.ค. 65 เวลา 00.01 - 06.00น. ซึ่งจะใช้เวลา Down ตอนเวลา 01.00 - 01.30น.* และการปรับตั้งค่า Config, Firewall, International Route, BGP และอื่นๆ อาจจะใช้เวลาจนถึงช่วง 06.00น. ของวันที่ 7 ก.ค. 65

    ทั้งนี้การปรับปรุงครั้งนี้จะเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานโดยรวมทั้งหมด และปรับปรุงการรองรับใช้งานในอนาคต

    หมายเหตุ :

    • อาจจะไม่มีผลกระทบใช้งาน เนื่องจากทางเราจะสลับไปใช้งานระบบสำรอง แต่อาจจะปัญหาการสลับเส้นทางซึ่งจะทำให้อินเตอร์เน็ตหลุด 1-2 วินาทีได้
