Fix implemented and properly deployed
Cluster No.2 of an API has memory leak issues.
While investigating a root-cause. We've provided a fix by reloading all the workers inside that cluster.
We are currently investigating this incident.

The cause of this incident was 3BB (Jastel Datacenter) is maintenance their network and the link gets switched from problem link to working link.

Our provider said that a breaker on the rack that our Friends Project and other customer servers are active on has tripped.

Once the incident is resolved we'll be looking into damage caused by this outage to see if we should restart the game server.
Seems like our custom firewall servers are not responding to our remote signal. We're contacting on-call engineers and our provider for future info.
